These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the World Trippers Club website and the booking of any tour, tour package, excursion, or travel-related service ("Services") offered by World Trippers Club ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our website, making an enquiry, or booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

World Trippers Club is a travel and tour operator based at AB - 80, Salt Lake, Sector - 1, Kolkata - 700064, India, arranging group international tours, group domestic tours, flexi tours, corporate tours, weekend tours, customised tours and excursions.

2. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and written or email confirmation from World Trippers Club.
• All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation, transport, flights and other third-party services at the time of confirmation.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate personal details (name as per passport/ID, age, contact information) at the time of booking. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Certain tours may require full payment in advance depending on the destination, season, or supplier policy.

3. Pricing

• Tour prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and are based on prevailing exchange rates, airfares, fuel costs, and taxes at the time of quotation.
• We reserve the right to revise prices before a booking is confirmed in case of a significant change in exchange rates, airfare, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.
• Prices generally do not include items of a personal nature, travel insurance, visa fees, tips, or anything not specifically mentioned in the itinerary as "included".

4. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for their journey. World Trippers Club may assist with visa guidance but does not guarantee visa approval, which rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While every effort is made to operate tours as per the published itinerary, the sequence of sightseeing, hotels, or mode of transport may change due to weather conditions, local events, political situations, or circumstances beyond our control. World Trippers Club reserves the right to make such changes in the interest of the safety and comfort of travellers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made by the customer and any resulting refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Liability

• World Trippers Club acts as an agent facilitating bookings with hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other third-party service providers, and is not liable for any act, omission, negligence, default, delay, or injury caused by such third parties.
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or acts of God.
• Customers are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage.

8. Customer Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, co-travellers, and local communities. World Trippers Club reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour, without refund, whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, itineraries, and text, is the property of World Trippers Club or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
