This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which World Trippers Club processes cancellations and refunds for tour bookings, group tours, flexi tours, corporate tours, and excursions. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email at support@worldtrippersclub.com. The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written request.
2. General Cancellation Charges
The slabs below are indicative and may vary for specific tours; the exact cancellation terms for your booking will be shared at the time of confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Components
- Airline tickets, visa fees, and any third-party bookings that are non-refundable or subject to the supplier's own cancellation policy will be charged as per the actual amount levied by the airline, embassy, or supplier, in addition to our cancellation charges above.
- Special/peak season packages, cruise bookings, and certain hotels may carry stricter non-refundable or non-amendable conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Convenience fees, service charges, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation or Changes by World Trippers Club
If we are required to cancel a tour due to insufficient group size, safety concerns, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer either an alternative tour of equivalent value or a refund of the amount paid, after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred with third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, or visa authorities).
5. Force Majeure
World Trippers Club shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, or government orders. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be limited to amounts actually recovered from our suppliers, less reasonable administrative costs.
6. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15-21 working days from the date the cancellation is approved, subject to receipt of the refund amount from the relevant airline, hotel, or supplier where applicable.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- Any bank charges, currency conversion charges, or transaction fees deducted by the bank or payment gateway will be borne by the customer.
7. Amendments / Date Changes
Requests to amend travel dates or transfer a booking to another traveller are subject to availability and supplier approval, and may attract amendment charges in addition to any charges levied by airlines, hotels, or other third parties.
8. No-Show & Early Departure
No refund will be provided for unused services due to a traveller's failure to join the tour on the scheduled date (no-show), voluntary early departure from the tour, or non-utilisation of any service included in the package such as meals, sightseeing, or accommodation.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your booking reference number, name, and reason for cancellation using the details below.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The policy applicable to your booking will be the one in effect on the date your booking was confirmed.
