Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, a birds’ paradise, is a renowned park for numerous exotic and rarest avifauna species. Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary was formerly used as a hunting ground for the local rulers. Later, in 1976, it was upgraded as a protected bird sanctuary and in 1982, it was declared as the National Park. Best time to visit- Winter (October to March) is the best time to visit this national park as it offers wonderful views of both migratory and domestic birds.
